A Recent Case Study From Our CES 2023 Partnership With Samsung

During January 4-8, 2023, Pedicab United’s local affiliate Las Vegas Rickshaw was hired by Samsung to provide an outdoor advertising campaign at the 2023 Consumer Electronics Show.

Pedicab United provided Samsung with 15 fully wrapped and uniquely outfitted pedicabs, that were equipped by the client with Samsung Sound Towers mounted on the front of the bike. Pedicab drivers were also equipped with a vibrant and attention catching digital backpack advertisement. This campaign took place all over the Las Vegas tourist corridor area, including Downtown, the Convention Center, and all up and down the beautiful and legendary Las Vegas Strip.

We gave convention visitors over 320 hours of complimentary rides during the 4 days of the Consumer Electronic Show while capturing the attention of the eyes and ears of thousands more via the entertaining audio-visual spectacular delivered by our pedicabs.

While music reverberated through the neon lit streets of Las Vegas, the backpack based digital ads mixed with the glowing lights dancing along the Samsung Sound Towers bringing even more vibrant color to a city already known for glitter and gold during this Samsung pedicab advertising campaign.

Cricket Wireless

On December 4th, Pedicab United was contacted regarding a 10-city, 10-day out of home advertising campaign with a desired start date between December 12th and December 14th for all markets. Cities included Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Fort Lauderdale/Miami, Houston, Los Angeles, New York City, Philadelphia, San Diego, and San Francisco.

Each market was to offer eight hours of free rides for ten of the twelve days, wear branded clothing, and hand out promotional items to the general public while encouraging a switch or remaining committed to Cricket.

SXSW 2023

The 2023 South By Southwest festival was the location of multiple Pedicab United installations. Our Austin affiliate Austin Pedicab Ads teamed with our brand partners White Claw and C4 for this SXSW pedicab advertising campaign. 10 of our cabs were decorated with White Claw ads during the 10 days of the SXSW festival. At the same time, C4 requested to have 20 of our pedicabs wrapped in their pedicab ads during SXSW and the entire month of March 2023.

These two brands made thousands of connections and even more impressions during these two SXSW advertising campaigns. These advertising campaigns reached citizens of Austin as well as the SXSW festival’s over 300,000 attendees and exhibitors. Our drivers served as brand ambassadors for our marketing partners, leaving every rider with a smile on their face and a positive view of the brand.

10 Cabs were wrapped with marketing for White Claw and 20 were emblazoned with ads for C4 energy drinks during this SXSW pedicab advertising campaign.
